My Career
I am a qualified Educational Psychologist with a PhD in Assessment and Quality Assurance. I worked my way up from Assistant at the University of Pretoria to the academic I am today. I started my academic career at the University of Pretoria, followed by UNISA and now UDubs. 
I am the Director of Institutional Research at the University of the Western Cape. I served as President of the Southern African Association of Institutional Research (SAAIR). In the last 18 months, I have acted as chief editor of 3 separate national and international special edition journals. My contributions at various institutions have included learning and teaching, research, leadership and community engagement. Currently, I sit on UWC senate.
